Please submit your manuscript as a doc/pdf to: submitbmj@gmail.com
- Manuscripts should be submitted in PDF as well as MS Word in Times New Roman and Word Size of 15 for Main Title, 10 (Bold) for Subtitles and 10 for the Body.
- The Manuscript should contain a maximum of 6 Pages.
- All the paragraphs should be Justified, One Column and there should be Single Line Spacing between each paragraph. All the tables, pictures must be in JPEG Format with high resolution.
- The composition of manuscripts should be as follows: Heading, Abstract, Keywords, Introduction, Materials and Methods, Results and Discussion, Conclusion, Acknowledgment, References.
- Please declare competing interest of authors if any.
Submission of Articles
Authors are invited to submit papers for upcoming journal release of BULLETIN MONUMENTAL JOURNAL
Papers submitted must be your work originally and must not have been published previously. Papers must be in the format as in the Word below.
Title/Header area
This section should contain the title of the paper and the full names, affiliations, addresses, phone and fax numbers, and electronic mail addresses of all the authors. The corresponding author should be indicated with a single asterisk (*).
Abstract
An abstract of not more than 250 words is required. It should contain a description of the subject and scope of coverage. Keywords
The Keywords should be mentioned in italics.
Introduction
It should include the clear information regarding the theme of the paper. The complete background should be critical and specific to the work carried out which can be referred from various sources. It should not exceed 750 words.
Materials and Methods/Methodology
Description of the Materials, Procedures / Tools and Data Bases utilized must be mentioned along with the purpose.
Results and Discussion
This section should contain the information regarding the results of the methods carried out with the corresponding inferences not exceeding 750 words.
Conclusion
The conclusion must be given in brief not exceeding 250 words.
Acknowledgement
This section should acknowledge the sponsors/Technical advisors/others.
References and Citations
The order of the references should be the same as mentioned in the text, with serial numbers within square brackets. The reference section should be double-spaced and in the style shown below; however, if there is any doubt about the correct abbreviation of publication names, these should be given in full. Note that titles of papers plus beginning and ending page numbers should be included.

Plagiarism Policy:
Whether intentional or not, plagiarism is a serious violation. Plagiarism is the copying of ideas, text, data and other creative work (e.g. tables, figures and graphs) and presenting it as original research without proper citation. We define plagiarism as a case in which a paper reproduces another work with at least 35% similarity and without citation.
If evidence of plagiarism is found before/after acceptance or after publication of the paper, the author will be offered a chance for rebuttal. If the arguments are not found to be satisfactory, the manuscript will be retracted and the author sanctioned from publishing papers for a period to be determined by the responsible Editor(s).
Review Process
1. Each manuscript will be primarily examined by the editor, and then forwarded to two referees for blind review. The research paper shall be published subject to recommendation of referees. The review process may take up to a week to one month (Maximum two months in extra ordinary circumstances).
2. The author’s shall be informed about the selection/rejection of the article/paper by e-mail only. However, the journal shall publish the article/papers of the authors completing the formalities in due time mentioned in the selection letter. The rejected papers shall not be returned.
3. In case of acceptance of the article and completion of publication formalities by the author, journal reserves the right of making amendments in the final draft of the research paper to suit the journal’s requirement.
